Pawan Mukta (a) :- joint movements, which helps you to mobilised the joints & provide you greater range of motion
Pawan Mukta asana (b) :- The focus while practicing these series should be on improving the overall digestive system. Good digestion reduces unwanted gas forming in the body and plays a great role in the practice of yoga. It also helps you to strengthen the core.
Pawan Mukta asana ( c ) :- Shakti Bandha or Energy Blocks in the body, when not released, cause many health conditions that reduce the immunity level. When the immunity level is low, one is prone to infections, leaving the entire body weak and low on energy
