The 9:30 AM Class is an Intense practice batch, where you will be trained in different styles of Asana practice
- Hatha Yoga
- Ashtanga Yoga
- Body Movements
- Therapeutic asana practice
These classes are focused on working onto our physical body where we work on increasing the mobility and building strength, understanding body movements, and working on different muscle groups
These classes are held through particular themes where they progress slowly towards a peak posture while breaking the posture down to particular body parts and working on them mindfully. With bodily information, the class also provides relaxation techniques, helping with cooling down the body post an intense practice. Bringing the blood pressure level down and connecting your body back to its breath.

MONDAY – HATHA (BACKWARD EXTENSIONS)
TUESDAY – HATHA (HIP OPENING)
WEDNESDAY – ASHTANGA VINYASA (INTERMEDIATE SERIES)
THURSDAY – HATHA (BODY MOVEMENT)
FRIDAY – HATHA (STRENGTH & BALANCE)
SATURDAY – UNDERSTANDING ALIGNMENT
