According to sage Patanjali, Asana practice is the third stage of Ashtanga Yoga (8 Limbs). The fun part about Asana practice lies in the wonders we discover about our bodies with time. Our bodies hold a much greater capacity for strength and flexibility than we can adhere. To surpass the limitations that we keep for ourselves, we need proper guidance, assistance, and knowledge to go deeper into our Asana practices.
We at Shree Tatsatyogshala have two separate batches for Offline regular practice. Our goal is to provide a holistic practice space for the students who wish to practice after completing the Teachers Training course.
